Alpaca does not contain lanolin, making it hypoallergenic and excellent for those with skin sensitivities.

Care Instructions:  To wash your alpaca scarf, fill basin with cold water and a small amount of baby shampoo. Treat it like hair because that is what it is. ALWAYS COLD WATER ONLY. Warm water temperatures or strong soaps can cause alpaca fiber to felt or shrink! Soak for about 5 minutes, rinse in cold water and lightly squeeze excess. To dry scarf , lay flat.
